Muster is celebrated in more than 400 places world-wide, with the largest ceremony on the Texas A&M campus in College Station. The Campus Muster Committee is responsible for organizing and planning every aspect of the tradition, from the campus keynote speaker to the barbecue, awareness to the roll call; this committee maintains the spirit of this great tradition on campus year after year.

The Muster Committee has been a student organization since the 1950s and currently falls within the Student Government Association (SGA) at Texas A&M University. The committee is comprised of 30 students who apply and are selected in the Fall. The committee also utilizes Muster Hosts to help provide honored families with additional support on the night of Muster; these applications are accepted in the Spring semester.
