Muster Hosts 2008What is a Muster Host?A Muster Host offers support to the families of those honored at Muster. They have the unique opportunity to touch the lives of those attending the Muster ceremony. Hosts volunteer their time to promote and take part in Muster, and work closely with the Muster Committee. Muster Host Awareness Week is February 25-28 2008.When are the Muster Host important dates?Muster Host Informationals: March 3, 2008 at 7p.m. in Rudder 601 March 4, 2008 at 8:30p.m. in Rudder 601 March 5, 2008 at 7p.m. in Rudder 601 YOU MUST ATTEND THE INFORMATIONALS TO RECEIVE THE APPLICATION. Muster Host applications are due by March 6 2008 at 10p.m. in the SGA Office. For those selected for an interview, the interview list will be posted on March 17 at 8a.m. in the SGA Office. Muster Host interviews will be held on March 17-March 20, 2008. For those selected as Muster Hosts, Host letters will be available on March 24, 2008 at 8:00a.m. Those letters may be picked up at the Fish Aides desk in the SGA office. Muster Hosts MUST attend one of each of the following training sessions: Muster Host General Training April 1, 2008 at 5:30p.m. in the MSC room 224 April 3, 2008 at 7p.m. in Rudder 301 Reed Arena Training April 14, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in Reed Arena April 15, 2008 at 5:45p.m. in Reed Arena The selection process involves an application, which is only
available at the required informational meetings and an interview. After the interviews have been completed,
letters to the Muster Hosts will be made available. The Hosts will then be required to attend the trainings that
